🫘 Japanese Red Pine
Oct 7, 2023 germinated Japanese Red Pine planted in sand:gravel:peat. Covered and placed in shade. Weirdly high 80’s this week.
After 3wk cold germination, removed but lazily left moist in the bag at room temperature. Within 1 wk, 1/3 to 1/2 of the seeds sprouted prior to planting.
Jan 2025 cut Tap Root, but possibly should cut all roots and root hormone for circumference nebari
