🎨 Color and Contrast Study
For graphic, 2D artwork, consider that it may sometimes need to be printed in B&W as well as color. An example is a logo design that may need to be reduced to a one-color printed stationary, T-Shirt, advertisement, or ink or laser engraved logo.
Keep your original color artwork, but as a variation make a one color version. Consider this when creating, how well can this translate to a more simplified image. Consider negative space, level of detail.
Explore how simplified an image can be and still convey the intended meaning. Some clients may find a more simplified logo that can be recognizable, and share a variation to choose from.
