Harvard Business Review interview with Bonnie Hammer (Media Production Executive). Gleaned notes:

Will AI be disruptive to media? Her response was that TV-Cable-Streaming has always undergone change—AI is just another phase that we will adapt to and survive. AI will not replace your job, but the person/creator using AI might replace you.
Follow a career path of opportunities of experiences, and you can’t always find the job where you plan for. Take any role and be present, rub elbows, let your work be seen. Her first job was as a production assistant to a kids TV show, following a dog and scooping up its poop. But it led to a different roll later.
Take opportunities but be honest of what you know and don’t know. Losing trust or having to earn it back can be hard. Be honest if you don’t know something—ask questions.
